Digital transformation touches an organization’s processes, data, tools and the skills of its teams. In a Moroccan company or public administration, you often start by going paperless: you turn paper documents, PDFs and scans into usable data, then automate the tasks your teams retype by hand. Next comes the digitalization of exchanges with your customers or citizens, through a portal, a CRM or WhatsApp Business. Your teams also need to learn these tools, so training belongs in the project.
Artificial intelligence is useful for repetitive work based on text and documents: sorting emails, extracting data, drafting standard replies, searching a document base. AI automation, AI integration with your ERP, CRM or document management system, and generative AI cover these needs. With an assistant that cites its sources, your teams can check each answer. For sensitive data, an open model hosted in Morocco or on your servers avoids any transfer abroad. For decisions that commit your organization, a person stays in charge. AI adds little when data is missing or when a simple rule is enough, and we tell you so during the assessment, before you invest.
In Morocco, the Maroc Digital 2030 strategy makes artificial intelligence a priority for digitizing public and private services. Law 09-08 governs the processing of personal data, and the CNDP can require authorization before data is transferred abroad, for example to an AI model hosted outside the country. Itrilab, based in Rabat, builds these rules into the scoping of your digital transformation, whether you start with AI training for your teams, custom software or a generative AI assistant. We work in Morocco and abroad, with companies and public administrations.
