AI training for your teams, on your own documents

We train your executives and staff in artificial intelligence on the documents they handle every day. Each team leaves with methods tested on its own tasks. Your leadership approves an AI usage policy for the whole organization.

Signs your teams need AI training

  • Your staff use ChatGPT with no written rules, and some paste client or citizen data into it.

  • Your teams do not know which data may leave the organization, or what Moroccan law 09-08 requires.

  • Your managers sat through a generic course full of demos, then went back to their old habits.

  • Your leadership has to choose its AI projects without knowing where the technology is reliable and where it gets things wrong.

  • Two or three people have mastered the tools. No one has written down their methods, and the rest of the team is falling behind.

What you get

Your teams learn to use AI without exposing your data. We write your AI usage policy with you.

  • A needs assessment

We map how each team uses AI and its skill level, role by role, so everyone trains on their real tasks.

  • A program built on your own documents

Exercises drawn from your letters, contracts and procedures, so each person trains on cases they know.

  • Hands-on sessions

At your premises or online, in French or English. In every session, participants do the exercises themselves.

  • An AI usage policy

Written rules for your organization: approved tools, data that stays out of them, human review, law 09-08 obligations.

  • Materials and an assessment

Quick-reference sheets, a prompt library for each role, a skills assessment and proof of attendance.

Use cases by sector

  • Public administration

Mail-room staff at a public body learn to summarize incoming letters and draft replies with AI, without exposing citizens’ data.

  • Insurance

A claims team learns to summarize claim reports and list missing documents with AI. The claims handler decides each settlement.

  • Industry and SMEs

A manufacturer’s executive committee tries AI on its purchase orders and production reports, then picks its first two projects.

The training, step by step

  1. Assessment

We meet each team to gauge its skill level and spot the sensitive data it handles.

    You receive

a tailored program and a draft AI usage policy.

  2. Executive session

Your executives test AI on your own documents and see where it goes wrong. They approve the policy and the priorities.

    You receive

an approved policy and a list of the first uses to roll out.

  3. Role-based workshops

Each team practices on its own documents over several sessions, using the tools the policy approves.

    You receive

the materials, the prompt library and the skills assessment.

  4. Internal champions

We train AI champions inside your teams. They answer their colleagues’ questions and keep the policy up to date after the training.

    You receive

a guide for the champions and a review listing the next uses to launch.

Data and safeguards

  • When a practice document contains personal data, we anonymize it or replace it with an equivalent document.

  • On request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving your documents.

  • Participants practice on the tools your policy approves, and we switch off model training on their inputs wherever the tool allows it.

  • From the first session, each participant checks AI output before using it and keeps the final decision.

Tools used in the training
